Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of YourLocalPage, also called YLP. By using YLP, creating an account, connecting an integration, or using our APIs, you agree to these terms.
If you are using YLP on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
The YLP service
YLP provides CMS, commerce, media, form, API, AI automation, and social publishing capabilities. Features may include website content management, product and checkout operations, AI agents, campaign generation, and integrations with third-party platforms.
We may update, add, remove, or change features over time. Some features may require additional setup, platform approval, connected accounts, paid plans, or third-party credentials.
Accounts and authorized users
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that only authorized people access their YLP workspace.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
- You must not share credentials, bypass access controls, or use another person's account without permission.
- You must promptly remove users who no longer require access to a site or account.
Connected platforms and social publishing
YLP can connect to third-party platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, payment processors, storage providers, and marketplace services. You authorize YLP to use connected accounts only for the features you configure, such as generating social campaign drafts or publishing posts to selected accounts.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to connect accounts, publish content, use media, and run campaigns. Third-party platforms may change their APIs, permissions, review requirements, or availability at any time.
AI-generated content
YLP may generate text, images, video prompts, metadata, and other outputs through AI providers. AI outputs should be reviewed before use, especially where accuracy, legal compliance, brand safety, advertising rules, health claims, financial claims, or regulated content are involved.
Users are responsible for reviewing, approving, publishing, and using generated content. Draft-first workflows are provided to help review content before publishing.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse YLP or connected services. Prohibited uses include:
- Illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, scraping protected areas, or disrupting service operations.
- Publishing content that violates third-party platform policies or the rights of others.
- Using the service to send spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate others, or misrepresent products or services.
Billing, availability, and changes
Paid features, usage limits, AI credits, and billing terms may vary by plan or agreement. AI generation, image generation, video generation, and third-party provider costs may be billed or limited separately.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but YLP is provided on an as-available basis. We may suspend access where needed for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance, or platform protection.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YLP is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for every specific business purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourLocalPage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, or data loss.
